Today, Refinery 29 unveiled the 50-piece Target x Neiman Marcus holiday collection featuring 24 top CFDA designers, which launches in-stores on December 1st. I must say - I am quite impressed with the range of affordable pieces and outside-the-box home decor and gifts, starting at $7.99.
