February Snapshots

February has been one of the busiest months, yet. 

From my birthday to client events and new projects to planning and producing House of Cochon's spring collection at Kansas City Fashion Week, I've had little time to relax - let alone, blog.

Pastels, neutrals and nautical stripes are just a few of the looks that I'm dreaming of in anticipation of spring. I say, bring on the ladylike look this season with a soft button-down silk top and mint trousers. Add classic pieces like these pearl earrings and a striped handbag for the ultimate 'Spring Chic' ensemble.

Take a lunch (or quick shopping) break. Laugh (out loud). Read something that makes you smile. Wear something unexpected. Drink champagne (and dance on tables). Smile.

Lately, I've been inspired by lace.

Perhaps it's because February is all about love and romance...or simply the fact that nothing is more feminine than the delicate fabric. Either way, I can't wait to wear a new lace-inspired look to celebrate Valentine's Day this year. Have you decided what to wear for the holiday, yet?
